Transportation Law

Our transportation law group provides comprehensive representation to both local and national shippers, brokers and carriers in Texas and across the United States. We help our clients handle a variety of transportation law issues, including contract negotiations, loss and damage cargo claims, and litigation and appeals in state and federal courts.

We work with our clients to accomplish business and legal goals in both transactional work and litigation. We pursue favorable resolutions in our clients' best interests and proactively advocate on their behalf throughout the course of contract negotiations, loss and damage claims, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Transportation Litigation Representation

Our lawyers have advised and represented clients in all types of legal forums, including state and federal courts, mediation, and arbitration. We handle lost or damaged cargo claims, tort liability claims and other matters related to the transportation of freight via ground, air or rail. In addition, we represent shippers, brokers and carriers in a host of contract-related litigation, including issues surrounding warehousing disputes, white glove specialty services and liability issues related to the transportation of goods.

We have represented shippers, brokers and carriers through all stages of transportation of goods, from contract negotiations and warehouse storage to final delivery.

Transactional Work on Transportation Agreements

It is extremely important to properly prepare and finalize loan documentation with experienced legal counsel based upon the type and needs of a particular business and/or operating authority in accordance with state and federal laws. We assist our clients with all transportation transactions throughout the life of their business. Our lawyers negotiate, draft and review contracts and related documents to ensure that our clients' rights are protected and best interests reflected in every transaction.
