Getting Outside and Taking Time Out at the Texas State Fair

Sometimes a change of scenery can make all the difference in the ability to engage employees. Our firm enjoyed a sunny afternoon at the Texas State Fair in historic Fair Park on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. The firm treated each of its employees to admission, several sheets of coupons, and arranged for transportation to and from the Fair. Employees were free to spend the afternoon as they wished out and around the grounds of the state fair on the firm’s dime. This was a great way to engage our employees and helped to sustain an environment where they feel valued and able to join in and bask in the success of their efforts at work. What a fantastic afternoon for everyone!
