Zachary D. Faulkner
Shareholder
Zachary “Zach” Faulkner is a shareholder in the Dallas office. His practice focuses on insurance defense and complex civil litigation, including construction litigation, premises liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage disputes, contractual disputes, OSHA-related matters, and eminent domain. He also represents clients in transportation-related litigation, including trucking and company vehicle collisions.
Zach was raised in Rowlett, Texas, and has remained in Texas throughout his education and career. While in law school, he served as Senior Article Editor for the Science and Technology Law Review.
He began his legal career representing plaintiffs in Houston, Texas, gaining insight into plaintiff-side strategy and case development. He has over six years of experience in insurance defense litigation prior to joining Waddell Serafino, representing clients in construction defect matters, personal injury cases, and contractual disputes.
In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid runner.
