Arturo M. Aviles
Shareholder
Arturo M. Aviles is a Shareholder with Waddell Serafino Geary Rechner Jenevein, P.C., where he represents public electric cooperatives and utilities throughout Texas and Colorado. With more than 25 years of litigation experience, Arturo has defended clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, trucking and transportation matters, premises liability cases, toxic tort and environmental litigation, and employment matters.
Prior to joining Waddell Serafino, Arturo spent more than two decades representing businesses, insurers, and self-insured entities in complex litigation throughout Texas and nationwide. As part of the firm's continued growth, he leads Waddell Serafino's Austin office.
Arturo lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Nicole, and their twin sons. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, attending sporting events, and outdoor recreation.
